Lets think about this for just a second. What you are saying is the coaching staff knew Leavitt was hurt and would not play week 3, and thought the best course of action would be to play him weeks 1 and 2. Not only risking further injury and a possible loss with a lame duck QB, but denying the backup reps that he would he need to het ready for a SEC schedule. They did all of that so that Clark, who really does not appear to be hugely different player in terms of skill set, would have less tape to gameplan on.
