Sources are telling me that Leavitt has been hurt the whole offseason and Lane’s plan all along was not to play Landon Clark much weeks 1 and 2 to avoid giving ole miss any tape

If you think that is remotely close to being true, then somebody failed you in life at some point and I’m sorry about that for you

Doesnt have to be the case. Once he signed, the 5M was his, no matter what.
Look, he was a HURT qb coming iff of a MAJOR foot surgery and rehab.

Only a moron wouldnt realize he has a much better chance of being rehurt, than he does staying healthy.
Yes, it may be his shoulder. Guess what joint you put additional stress on, when rehabbing a lower leg injury that you cant put pressure on.......yep, shoulder

You think Sam Leavitt, who is apparently so injured he can’t play football as a meaningful Starter, somehow agreed to spend two games taking hits and running up and down the field and presumably making his “injury” worse…just so Lane can trick ole Miss?

Do you hear how absurd that sounds?

so you planned to play your injured Guy for 2 weeks, to hide Clark, your eventual starter....

OK, I see a HUGE hole in this plan... it means, your new starter is starting in the biggest game of the year, and he has little to Game experience in your system, or timing with the first team receivers.... Offense is essentially back to Game 1...

Yea, I'm not buying that bullshite...
