And this board would be so much better if you never posted. The MLB is supposed to be the best baseball players in the world, not in the USA. The NBA doesn't have just Americans playing. If there were better NFL players from other parts of the world, you can bet your arse they would be a part of the NFL.

Better in what regard? It would be a far worse league and product if you only let Americans play. The two best players in the league right now aren't American.

You’d get to watch guys develop in college and then play in real games more quickly instead of getting mired in minor league hell.
Ohtani is an outlier in just about every way - he’s very intelligent for one.
I’m not saying to eliminate all foreign players, just limit the number that can be on each team so the vast majority is American born.
Here’s an example - say you were watching Astros v. Cubs. You can’t tell me it’s not more exciting when Bregman and Swanson make plays than endless Gonzalez’s and Diazes.
Half the fun of pro sports is rooting for the LSU guys to do better than other SEC players.
