He has chest, no doubt. Stuck around when he could have transferred. Kid bleeds purple

I mean he literally spent last season not participating with the team, and during that time he publicly submitted his name to the official place where you announce that you no longer want to be on your current team.

That's a pretty bad reason for why he should get the job.

Right, but this is big time college football. The coach has a $90 million dollar contract. He has to win games and play the players he feels like will have the most success. I trust he knows what it's supposed to look like & will support 100% the decision he makes and not let any biases I have interfere with that.

Brennan is 23 years old. They know what they are getting with him. He is not 18 to 20 years old your trying to break old high school coaching. Think nfl quarterback in preseason. Mac Jones who is the same age might play a quarter all preseason and basic reps in practice.

In fairness they could have left Myles in the transfer portal if they knew when they got Jayden he was gonna start no matter what.

He's getting an education.

It could very well be an education in coaching from some of College Football's brightest offensive minds.

He could have been promised a graduate assistant position for 2023 if he stuck it out this year and everything did NOT go his way. If he's bright enough and can teach, what is there to lose from either the perspective of Brennan or for LSU? If it all works out his way, then he gets significant playing time should he care to parlay that into a post college playing career.

Ego, the posters who continue this are doing so only so they can gloat if they predicted the QB who starts. That’s why you see so many absolute comments when the truth is nobody knows anything as it stands now.

There is only one reason any of them should get the job, because they are the best chance for LSU to win

All I'm saying is what would it have hurt leaving Myles in the portal if you knew you wanted mobile QB's when he isn't mobile.

Sounds like a blood disorder. Maybe that’s why he can’t stay healthy

Myles could’ve still gone elsewhere. He has to own that decision.

We wanted stability in the QB room. Daniels became available after the fact. Nuss stepped up in his development. Things change, nothing was promised. Myles is a grown man he can deal with that if that’s the result.
