By having one year deals, the player can maximize his value if they have a great year, and it's great for schools because the players that don't live up to expectations can be sent packing.

I think this would, or will, be the quickest way to equalize and stabilize this new market.

Like it or not, this is where we are in college football, and best to end the chaos of it all as quickly as possible to figure out what exactly it is they do with this beast they’ve created.

I think it’s great that the players get their fair share of the billion dollar industry they risk their bodies for. But anything beyond a one year deal is just dumb.

It’s an automatic downvote from me if I see a post start with But but but

It’s happening, isn’t it?

Last year the board was dead.

We got a shot this week, and I’m buying into the idea of the team galvanizing and rising up. At least until Bama is up 28-0 in the 2nd Q

National guard if need be.

I agree with the sentiment, but please no. BRPD and LSUPD should be responsible and capable enough to handle it if given the green light. This national guard stuff is ridiculous.

Spend that deployment money on bolstering local enforcement. These GI bill troops aren’t interested in policing a football game or hippies in Portland.

GA, TN and LSU

I think this for Florida is the most sure bet of the whole thing.

As a Missouri fan, who do you want? In a perfect world, what three would you like to sweep the annual series with?
Told myself I was over getting worked up for big games. It’s just a game.

That lasted until about 5pm today.

May my gesture not be in vain

Member since 2022? LOL not even worth responding to.

Well this is an ironic response.

Anyway, if that matters so much to you, I’ve been a member of this board since at least 2004…probably before.

Ive just been banned a couple times for breaking some of the boards sillier rules like “don’t spam the boards with porn.”

Damned Gestapo admins…

How mad were you when the lsutiger and lsutiger1 usernames were taken? And how happy were you when you didn’t have to get to lsutiger3?

Legitimate question.

It's like this every year. The bye week subdues the fan base.

I know, Cluckster, but I’ve been here 22 years (despite what my profile says. Your militia has banned me a few times over these years). But this just feels extra non-hyped.
Jesus Christ we want to talk football and LSU here….both sides of the aisle. Landry is being retarded. Can’t we all rally around that?

The Rant is very tame for Alabama Eve

Is it apprehension? Is it the TAMU game? Is it Temu Toonces?

There’s a weird vibe hanging around out here.

They say this Tiger likes the attention he received at the Circus and it will help him with his depression following his retirement.

This whole affair with Temu Toonces is retarded, but this comment is the pinnacle.

This is my least favorite kind of post.
Cornerbacks do it to signal they are strapped to the wide receiver tightly like a seatbelt.
