You just lost 40-13 to Tennessee at home, and there are still folks on here being apologists a la 'rebuild year', QB recruiting, offensive philosophy, etc. Grab your nuts and demand better, STOP APOLOGIZING/LOOKING FOR EXCUSES. LSU does not have 'down years' - this is LSU. Grab your nuts and demand better.

I'm afraid they do, whether you like it or not. All programs do. This was never an overnight fix and it has to be fixed through recruiting. We are starting two true freshmen on the OL. Transfers from UL and McNeese in the secondary. We have two scholarship TE's, once of whom is a true freshman. The list goes on. That is the state of the roster.

Demand better all you want. The fact remains: Brian Kelly took over an LSU football program with a whopping 39 scholarship players at the the time he accepted. Also worth noting is the fact that he is undoing the damage Coach O wrought in his last two years.

Why does LSU not have down years? Because you’re a super fan? Quit being so emotional. It doesn’t mean that people are okay with losing. Today was awful but it’s not a predictor of the future. Sometimes you have to be able to see the forest thru the trees. If you are a natural pessimist then that’s on you.

If someone said that, they’re either a moron or trolling.
Doesn’t change the fact that it’s more than a 10 month rebuild. Half this board was predicting 6-6 before the season started. Then we won a couple of games and they got their hopes up, so now they want everyone shitcanned. These people have the emotional maturity of fricking toddlers.
