I have a lot of sex and have made tons of great memories with my family that has helped me get over that national championship loss. I can tell that it still bothers you though since you randomly brought it up. Good luck finding something in life that will help you put that game in the past.

Or

2019 gave me closure for all things LSU sports related…every bitter taste from a bad loss, a ref screw job from ALabama, a horrible coach’s decision…all wiped away after that glorious season. It was the pinnacle of my LSU fandom and I doubt anything will top it.

I find it bizarre why so many folks kept up that 1-9-12 nightmare deal.
It's because of HOW we lost -- with Les using a terrible gameplan and NOT CHANGING, when it was obvious to everyone that it wasn't working. One of the worst offensive performances I've ever witnessed - on the biggest stage.
It was the last game of the season for all the marbles. No need to hold anything back. Try ANYTHING to try to light a spark.
But Les didn't do anything, no adjustments, no changes -- nothing. He just drove that big beautiful plane straight into the ground.
That's why it gnaws at us so much, even all these years later.
