Probably. Both teams are on two entirely different trajectories.

Ole Miss peaked in September, LSU is starting to hit their stride.

LSU is one of the best teams in the country. Notre Dame and the b10 teams are a joke

Ole Miss is lucky they’re not down 2 TDs to Auburn!

Auburn needs to run it more - ole miss is weak there. And on cue brown takes it in.

I don't think it's crazy to think that right now. If you can't see LSU's chemistry has come together since that game then I don't know what to tell you. They're struggling with Auburn and we basically benched our guys in the second half. They're at home too. We're starting to get healthier while they're running into more injuries. LSU would probably win that game now.

That’s why the playoff in the right form is a good thing. It rewards who plays well from beginning to end and not just beginning. Ole Miss has a favorable schedule even with UGA but they certainly look mortal now.

We might go 2-1 in this upcoming gauntlet but if we remain healthy, we will get into the playoffs and I don’t think anyone is going to be able to hang with us. Which is insane to think about considering it’s only Lane’s first year.

Yep. Take a look at the rankings. There are 12 spots and about 15 teams right now realistically in the running for those spots.

LSU gets better every week. Ole Miss has gotten worse. Chambliss is almost 25 and has peaked
