But yet he's getting judged. If he spits on the sidelines it's a problem, if he takes a shite, it's a problem. They just have it out for him

People on here always melt, and always pull for the back up quarterback. They'll compete and the best guy will play.

It's not based on what they saw.

Won't melt; I'll know via the coaching staff that our BEST QB to win games is on the field. We'll see who that is come Sept.

Appears to me you're just looking for things to complain about. I get your attachment to TJ, you probably need to get over that and accept whatever comes.

Probably no one. We will trust our NEW and improved offensive staff.

if he wins it that means he got it together between the ears.

his skillset plus the awareness/know-how would be deadly.

why would we be upset about that?

Attachment to TJ? My favorite QB is Myles. Put the pipe down, sir.

I don't care who looked best in 2020.

I want the one who will play best in 2021.

It's so funny how people forget what Brennan was doing those first few games. The offense moved the ball and scored points. Brennan will be the starter again (as long as he's healthy)

Nope 100% disagree. He is not entitled to the starting job. Spring ball should be open competition for the 2021 QB job. May the best man win the job, nobody should just get the job.

I'd assume the usual suspects would melt but they will melt no matter who wins it.

IMO if TJ won the job it would mean he beat out 2 proven quality QBs and the best QB recruit LSU has signed out of HS since Ryan Perrilloux.

Go look at my post history, and tell me which QB I always say should start. I always bring the TJ topic up, because I'm a contrarian. People on this board takes unnecessary shots at the kid. I used to take up for coach O..

I guess you didn't see MJ last year. 2 Starts 2 4th quarter game winning drives including one on the road as a 23 point underdog

Most talented QB room we’ve had in a long time. I think any of them could be successful.

i like tj. kid has great size and a thunderbolt for a right arm. felt bad for him getting benched. sometimes freshmen have to sit and watch in order to learn. i'd hate for him to give up after just a few starts by johnson. that being said, if he transfers without trying to win the job in spring/fall, he doesnt have the chest to lead a team, imo. i need more resiliency from a qb.

may the best man win
