Actually of the potential bowl sites this year for LSU (Tampa, Dallas, Atlanta, Orland or Jacksonville). Jacksonville is about the only one I would travel to. Pretty good downtown area, great golf and weather is likely to be good. Plus, we will get an average Big Ten team to beat up on and give Jennings some confidence going into next year.

Zero fricks will be given. Cap One, Outback, Gator...all the same to me. I'd rather play Michigan or Nebraska in the Gator than Iowa in the Outback. Cotton seems cooler this year just cuz it's a primetime game on Friday night.

Doesn't matter, Jennings will make up for it in the years to come when he leads the Tigers to four straight National Championships

How many more years of eligibly do you think he has?

The last 2 times we played in the Cotton Bowl, we played in the National Championship game the next year. 2003 when we lost to Texas and 2011 when we beat Texas A&M. I want to see LSU go to the Cotton Bowl.

Won't this be how it goes: ???
Auburn win- Mizz to Outback, USC to Cap One, LSU to Cotton
Mizz win- Auburn to Cotton, USC to Cap One, LSU to Outback

Why would I have a problem with the Gator Bowl?
1. It's not the goddamn chicken bowl
2. Florida>Dallas>Atlanta

That and I would be happy with a New Year's Day Bowl against Nebraska/Michigan with a chance to end the season in th Top 10.

They can't shaft two SEC teams with 10+ win seasons. there is no way that will happen

Gator sounds good to me!

*The Cap One won't happen thanks to the Ole Miss loss.

*The Cotton may screw us over again. (Thanks SEC HQ for nothing you bunch of Gumps!)

*The Outback routinely screws the West so the hell with them.

*Not interested in returning to Atlanta again.

That leaves the Gator. I can live with Jacksonville in early January!

***If the Cotton Bowl screws us over again I believe it may be time for LSU to put the brakes on playing early season games at Cowboys Stadium for a while. We need to stop settling or taking a passive attitude. Get your arse in gear Alleva!
