re: If Kiffin comes, just don't be mad when he gives LSU the middle finger and moves on!

Peak catastrophe syndrome, we’re bitching about a coach leaving that we haven’t even got yet. Lol this season has broken a lot of soft people

The only place he could go that would be an upgrade would be the NFL. LSU is a top 5 job. Lane may go to the NFL but it won’t be in the next 5 years.

If Kiffin comes to LSU he will probably be here a long time unless he has NFL aspirations.

I won’t. I was never mad at all the other miscarriages.

Kiffin has coached at three of the most storied programs in college football history in Tennessee, USC and Ole Miss
Being known as the school that had to have the military intervene before it would allow a black person to attend it does not make Ole Miss “storied”

But one thing is for sure in hiring (insert HC name here) - the middle finger is coming. The only question is when and where. I guess some hard-headed coonasses have to learn the hard way!

One of these doesn’t belong. Ole Miss is not a storied program.
Ranking in wins
USC - 7th
Tennessee - 10th
Ole Miss 59th

He’d leave LSU next month if Alabama came open.

I don’t even care. If he’s here 4 years and gets 2 or 3 playoff appearances and maybe a national title, then we got what we wanted.
All coaches leave at some point.

- If LSU hires Kiffin, it will mark the first time in college football history that a school went from having the winningest active college football coach to hiring a coach that hasn't come close to even making a championship game.
Saban, Miles and Ed never came close either until LSU…

Do you cry that Saban left here too? This is like people not wanting to hire good coordinators because they’ll become head coaches. Get the best you can.

Just give us 6 years. That'll be enough for 4-5 playoff appearances and at least 1 national championship. After that, Kelvin Sheppard will be seasoned enough to become the new HC.
