If Jayden Daniels keeps playing like he did against UF, LSU has a chance to run the table.

True or False?

I say true. Why? Because it means he get's the ball into LSU's play makers hands.

Against all but Bama and the issue there is depth

False. It certainly helps that the offense is coming around, but the porous secondary and bad tackling will lose games to Alabama and Ole Miss.

Also, special teams is going to have to improve.

We need to be more well rounded.

Maybe if he gets more help on defense, and Special Teams somehow never sees the field.

Thats a BIG IF but anything is possible. Texas almost beat Bama and for that reason I think we can as well. We have to beat Ole Miss first.

go to hell ole miss go to hell!!!!

I think LSU wins 9 or 10.

Beat A&M, Arky, UAB, Ole Miss or Bama & a bowl game.

Defense and special teams would need to make the same jump in order for that to happen. But it is not impossible IF he continues to play like that.

I agree but I still have more faith in the D right now than our offense. Our D has stepped up when we needed them to. Perkins need to be on the field at all times. No excuse for him to be on the bench. He makes a world of difference when he’s in. But tackling needs to get better. Too many guys trying to strip the ball instead of tackle.

He played great and did all the things people have been clamoring for, and he's also the type of player that can give Bama fits.

Also worth mentioning his WRs looked night and day vs. their awful performances against Tennessee and Auburn. They were making it much easier for him.

Special Teams wouldn't be an issue if we just quit fielding kicks and punts. And always kicked it in the back of the endzone.

Sounds like to me we're one Kickoff Specialist away from having very competent special teams

Ole Miss is very much more a running team. They just passed for 130 yards vs Auburn at home.

A chance? Yes.

Very unlikely though.

We do, but it there are so many external factors. Do we get the Bama team that played at Texas, aTm, or in Knoxville? Ole Miss is a huge question mark. We have no idea how good they actually are. Is aTm gonna play how they played against Bama or are they gonna have it packed in by then?

At our best, I think we can beat everybody at their best sans Bama. We just don't have the team to beat them in year one.

False.

This team isn’t good enough to run the table. We don’t have the depth needed to beat Bama

I do not disagree. I have said that if LSU had good QB play it would be a formidable opponent for anyone. Would that JD5 continues to play very well.

My dream scenario is for LSU to run the table though Tennessee in the SEC Championship and make it into the playoff at 11-2 and disrupt college football. If I'm going to dream might as well dream big.
