If Jake would have caught that ball, how many innings would it have taken for us to score

once it went to 10 innings I was more worried who would pitch after Jump.

Trav was the only one who got a hit since the 3rd inning and in the 10th all of the hitters were playing "hero ball" and popped out so who knows?

Do you honestly expect anyone to give you any kind of realistic answer? How the hell would anybody know this?

LSU had to win the game in the 9th, which is probably why they went with Jump. Anything past that played directly into UNC's hands with the pitching they had left.

I THINK his point is that while most people are trying to put the blame on Brown’s error, the bats being ice cold were the real killer.

We should have won it in the 10th. We were at the top of the order, and 2 outs happened before anyone got on base.

This is the correct answer. The longer the game went - the more it favored UNC.

Didn’t help a couple of our “Leaders” were only interested in Home Runs rather than base hits so who knows.

They need to learn how to play small ball. Can’t hit a home run at every bat

It was costly no doubt, but if that happens in the first few innings, it is just as costly, only all the window lickers here wouldnt have remembered it.
