Idk , coaching is mostly to blame if you ask me , and although I'd rather see Ettling start maybe BH needed to see the game from the sideline for a game ...

I hope it's Ettling but if BH happens to be the starter I sure as hell wouldn't boo the kid ...

If Miles trots out Harris Saturday all of those boos are targeted for Harris, not Miles. Let's not kid ourselves.

I respectfully disagree. I think the boo birds will be for both and probably more so for Miles at that point. Yeah, Saturday it was for Harris, but if Miles sends him out this Saturday, I think it will be more for Miles, then if Harris stinks it up it will quickly turn to him.

why would you want MSU to have this information? Make them prepare for both.

1 QB who is over throwing and throwing to the wrong team and 1 QB that looked good until halftime adjustments made him look like Andrew hatch.

A WR that can't catch a 1 legged hooker.

Yeah moo st gonna have a hard time preparing for this offensive jaggernault. Hint stop fournette, guice, and Williams.

Y'all act like the playbook is going to be any different if Etling starts. Did you even watch the second half?

Everyone on that team (and in the stadium) knows who's the better QB. It ain't hard to see. If we don't start the better guy, Les will demoralize everyone.

Again, you people have no clue what the team thinks. Neither do I. This whole civil unrest thing is ridiculous and it was ridiculous with the JJ/JL thing.
Actually, I've heard it from a reliable 2nd hand source that hung out with several OL starters in the fall prior to game 1 -- there is a consistent lack of faith in BH being able to deliver when the lights come on. This was prior to Green Bay. I tend to think our players are halfway intelligent and also have a hunger to win. Therefore, I'm pretty confident the team likes their chances with Etling over BH. Or, maybe to put it more precisely, the team clearly does not like their chances with BH. Change is needed. I think the team would be demoralized if BH continues to start.

Saturday was more of my point though, sorry if it wasn't clear. People were pre-empting the booing by saying it was for the coach, not the player, but that was horseshite Saturday.

Maybe so. I know from first hand knowledge that the divide people speculated during the JL/JJ thing was bullshite though, so I'm skeptical it would occur this time around without any concrete evidence.

What is just stupid? You didn't quote anything, and you're not really making a point...not even a weak one.

When posting, please give more effort than Les does, when coaching.

People with even the slightest bit of decency I would hope. I know it is en vogue to be a hardass on the internet, but none of Harris's faults are personal, so there is no need for voicing such a personal displeasure with him. There are no indications that he is giving any less than his best for LSU. He deserves the same respect from the fan base IMO.

That's right. No matter how much you want the other guy to play, it's no excuse to throw personal insults at a guy who is doing his best. There should have been some bans during the game thread. And I lean to the "nega-tiger" side of the equation.

I got to believe Etling will be the starter just wants to talk to the team and let them know first.
