I watched the UNC - UVA game last night and the talent level at LSU

Enlightening take.
UNC and UVA recruits consistent top 100 players. LSU had to fill their roster with mid-major players just to field a team this season. It's expected that the talent level at those school would be way beyond what's LSU right now.

honestly, what did you expect this year? you know where we started from, right? i like MM and am optimistic about him going forward. But this was always going to be a throw away year.

No shite a program that had to turn over 85% of the roster isn't close to as talented as a blue blood that played for the title last year and a program that won the title a few years ago.

I mean yeah, I expect once the NCAA is off our arse for a little bit we can start using the collective for recruits as well. Let’s just hope McMahon doesn’t use he and his wife’s checking account to foot the bill

I'm just happy to have a team. I admit, I got a little excited when we kept winning. Maybe we'll surprise a team or two. That will be fun.

Difference is people in North Carolina and Virginia live and breathe basketball. Louisiana is football and baseball and I say this being from Louisiana, living in Virginia for 17 years, and now living in North Carolina.

They weren’t that talented last year. It’s wild they were ranked number 1 to start season. Now you got people coming out after the fact acting like they never believed UNC should be ranked that high.
