You do watch SEC+ via the ESPN app just as you do ESPN+. However, they are separate subscriptions.

Correct process, but sometimes I have to also scroll down and pick baseball first, then go back up and pick the LSau game. I’m watching that way now.

That's the point you are missing. Some people don't have a service provider. They don't have DirecTV, Cable, Youtube Tv, etc. But they do pay $9.99 a month for "ESPN+". Those people do not have access to tonight's game. You do because you have another provider

Go log out of the ESPN app and then also log out of ESPN+. They are two separate log ins.
Then go back and log in to ESPN+. Ill bet you any amount of money that you won't be able to watch the game anymore.

I have an LG Smart TV (WebOS). There is no ESPN App or SECN App. My cable provider is Hulu.
