I think it’s time we give some love to Dylan Carpenter.

Big 97 has been steady as a rock anytime he’s been put into the game. He has a future in the NFL. There was no drop off yesterday when he came in for Princewill. He and Jordan Ross absolutely wrecked that game and had Moo State’s QB on the run all day.

He is a good balanced DE. Glad we have him.

Carpenter is a future NFL player but you want to bench Leavitt for Landen CLark? Make it make sense

The Dylan Carpenter types is what made college football the sport we love. I love watching a guy that needs to develop finally get to the level where he's an asset. It's nice to see a player like him in this NIL era.

I said Leavitt should be bench IF he was careless with the ball and started turning it over again and just for THAT game because we were going to beat MS State without their 2 best players if we just ran Dilin Jones at wildcat QB all day. He didn’t and he played his arse off which is what we all wanted to see him do. Now go frick off.

The thing I like most is he’s got another year of eligibility.

He had a good day yesterday. He played assignment football and played with lots of energy. It was great to see that St Amant boy out there showing out for his family, community, and team

I remember when LSU was rumored to be in the hunt for Princewill and a poster said they were OK with it if it didn't take away snaps from Carpenter.

Even with Princewill, Dylan is getting his snaps and is more than holding his own. If anything, getting to practice around great DEs has to help him get better.

I look forward to him and Geralds leading the Nation in combined sacks next year.

Iron sharpens iron. And if you hope to win in the SEC you need at least 3 good DE to rotate. Unfortunately that’s where our good depth ends. Lamar Brown still needs more time. Luckily we have 2 more freshmen who are ready to play and start in Deuce and Richard Anderson. 88 is a MAN.

Glad to see him do really well this season. I’ve noticed that he’s been pretty sound in technique. The defense has gotten some really good results from him being aware not to overplay and stay in his assignment

Very happy for him and his family. Great people. If he stays healthy, next year can be really special for him and this whole team.

We do lose A LOT next year. Princewill and Ross, Weeks and Dottery, Woodland (probably), Benefield, Cooley, Seaton, Moore and Trey’Dez to start with. We will have to be very active in the portal again.

Are y'all talking about Jordan Ross? He's only a Junior. And Charles across is only a sophomore.
