In a row?

I don’t remember the score in 05 (I think that was Miles’ first season), or 06. I know LSU beat Alabama in 07, can’t remember the final in 08, they won in 09 (pretty sure that was the Patrick Peterson int “that wasn’t” game), LSU won in 2010 and 2011 was the 9-6 game.

We were sitting in the SE corner. It went from 100k people holding their breath, to a fricking BIG BANG cataclysmic eruption (my eardrums were popping), in TWO SECONDS.
Most incredible game I've ever seen live in DV, ahead of 2012 bama, 2007 Florida, 1997 Florida, 1982 FSU, and 1979 USC...

Ehhh, Bama was not an issue before Saban got there, they were average for 20 years.(some of our sorriest years) The series record was 12-12-1 before Saban got there. The Real Deal is beating them with Saban, and Miles was 3-7 with only 1 home victory. The game this past year was historic.

Eta:corrected from: 3-8 to 3-7

Daniels was 75% of our O that night, but we still have people saying we can’t win big games without him zinging the ball downfield lol

Your calculus is worse than the poster you responded to.
Miles faced Saban 10 times incl BCSCG, and was 5-7 vs Bama career.

Take it easy on the arrogance, man I was only referring to how many times Miles beat Saban - 3 times. "Ehhh, Bama was not an issue before Saban got there, they were average for 20 years.(some of our sorriest years & still 12-12-1 before Saban.)" quote: The Real Deal is beating them with Saban. Sorry, Orgeron Coached interim 2016, So Miles was 3-7 against him(you are correct about 10 games). I know ya'll are thinking of '05 and '06 when we beat them w/o Saban, but I wouldn't count those games as historic by any means. The game this past year was historic mostly because of beating Saban going for 2 in OT.

Dude the hatred of JD5 is racist period. Nobody hates this kid if he's white.

We have 100% proof is this from this very site. All these Daniels haters want more of a pocket passer and someone who doesn’t tuck and run immediately? Well, how’d that go with Teddy Bridgewater vs Taysom Hill? A black pocket passer, vs a white option qb.

I have no doubt if you swap the skin color in those two qb situations, none of these people would be calling for black Nuss or black Taysom to play over white Daniels and white Bridgewater.

The JD hate has become so irrational that people wanted him to leave cause they thought if he came back Howard would leave. But those same people wanted Nuss to stay, never mentioning how a redshirt freshman staying would impact Howard the true freshman. There is no logic or reason in this.

If a white guy had the season JD just had, he would be an LSU legend forever.

Racist? Why in the hell is that always brought into everything? It seems like anyone that doesn’t like JD is deemed a racist. So frickin’ stupid.

Anyone who can’t see that JD would be treated totally differently if he was a white guy is just blind. Dude is a class act. Brought LSU out of the dumpster fire they were in. Won more games than anyone expected.

Beat Bama in Tiger Stadium in all time classic. Won SEC West. Had LSU in playoff discussion before last regular season game. Finished with 10 wins and bowl win. Two of LSU’s defeats weren’t really his fault(FSU, A&M).

All this, yet people hate him. Being racist isn’t about straight calling him the n word. It’s the fact that he gets more hate than he deserves, and more hate than he would get if he was white.

Statistically he had the second best season in LSU history. People are mad he did a lot of it with his legs. That in itself is subtle stereotypical racist bullshite. People were comparing him to all the other actually shitty black qb’s LSU has had. But yeah, it’s not about race.

Everyone loves Rohan and Herb Tyler. White people CAN disapprove of a black player without it being racist. Jaden refuses to take risks downfield. Kelly's on record saying the exact same thing, that's the only part of his game that's missing, if he does that next year we could be unstoppable on offense

This is fricking stupid. Herb Tyler, Rohan Davey, JaMarcus Russell, all black QBs that were universally loved at LSU. (Russell maybe not so much after the NFL though haha).

The real blindness comes from people like you who completely ignore the absolute shite games he has had this year. Most people (me included) are frustrated with JD because we have seen him play lights out at times throwing the ball (bama, ole miss, florida) and then turn around and absolutely refuse to throw it at all. This is where the frustration lies, especially when we see Nuss come in behind him and sling it all over the field.

I for one am happy to see JD5 come back because if he can turn the corner and play every game like he did against bama, ole miss, and florida he is a potential Heisman winner. The problem is a lot of folks are worried he can't (or won't) turn the corner. It has nothing to do with him being black. I also believe Kelly has seen enough from Nuss to know that if JD5 has another FSU or Arky game in him he can pull him, put Nuss in and be confident in his abilities.
