It's a very small group. Problem is they almost all post here, and they tend to stick out like a sore thumb. NicolasTiger is the leader of this group.

Upcoming revenue sharing will clean up most of it. But there will always be additional funds offered to big recruits and that will be deciding factor in many.

Biggest part of NIL is getting players to stop being Me oriented. Can’t have guys who want to look for a better deal after one year. Donation fatigue has already kicked in for a lot of programs. Watch what happens to Ole Miss after this year if they don’t at least make the playoffs.

I’m surprised you haven’t quit on the season yet.

It’s interesting that you think this is too much. Historically, LSU has asked much less of its alumni contribution-wise across the university compared to its peers.

Only in the last 20 years have you seen LSU try to catch up. For many years our alumni giving rate has kept the university’s overall ranking lower than it should be.

Yes… that’s a metric that is tracked by the ranking organizations because it is one of the few ways to track alumni satisfaction across universities.

If only we had some way to explain that we have a bunch of cheap bastards in the fan base who can’t donate $15 at $1 per win.

Why not tack it all in with the TAF fees you have to pay. Add an extra amount on that.

Because then y’all would bitch about that too

Those emails are an auto delete for me now. The answer to everything isn't just "more"

We have a top-notch NIL plan.

Probably one of if not the best in the country

Got blasted a few months ago about suggesting they go with more micro transactions. I think it’s the plan moving forward.

All I would like to do is see LSU make some exclusive things happen more for season ticket holders/NIL donations. Unless, you’re a big dog you aren’t getting anything. At this point, the magnet and bumper stick TAF use to send out would do.

Well something must be working. Have you looked at the Team Recruiting Rankings for 2024? So it's not all bad.

I dont think you grasp the difference of the terms fee, collect, and invite.

You pay for tickets. No one is trying to collect a fee from you to use the restroom. They invited ticket holders and fans to donate or pledge more.

Would you rather they sit back and stare at the magic NIL income phone, hoping it rings? Or should they proactively try to garner funding? Dont answer that, the question was rhetorical.

Will someone now explain the meaning of rhetorical to him?

I got this.

Nicolas, it's like when somebody ask you if you are a dumbass. They aren't really asking because they don't know the answer. That's the definition of a rhetorical question.

Increasing (doubling)TAF dues for UC members over the next 2 years. Trying to squeeze every penny out where they can...

Here is a novel idea. If you don’t like it then just don’t donate. No one is holding a gun to your head. You can choose to donate 0 per win if $1 per win is too much.
