Our two recent heisman winners both could run. Bryce will lead us to glory.

A running qb opens up everything…..neutralizing a defense
The fact that he refuses to run at all is pathetic….what a pussy

It’s obvious today’s offenses are built around mobile QB’s If he can throw a little it’s Lagniappe. Underwood by all accounts is the next Big Thing. Let’s see how that works out for us. Until then just enjoy the games

What is it about “we have no back up so don’t run” does the Rant not understand. JD5 had Nuss as a backup, but right now, we can’t afford to lose Nuss.

You think they are going to let Underwood run at will? Not hardly!

Was Mac/Stetson/JJ considered running QB’s ?? They won the last 4 NC’s.

His name is Bryce Underwood
I’m gettin tired of this. He hasn’t played a snap of D1 football yet. NOBODY has any idea how he’ll do at LSU.
And we don’t really know if he actually will play at LSU yet.

even if he does you want him as a TF on the road at Clemson next year to open the year.

A running game would help.

Those offenses all had elite run games, which is really what we are missing. Being able to pull the ball on a read option should be more of a luxury than a need. But, when you have absolutely no productivity in your run game, it becomes much more important than it should be.
Nuss just being able to run for a first down when the entire defense is running with their back towards him is plenty good enough.

If Texas beats AM, how do you figure?

Mobile doesn’t mean running. Daniels was a running QB. Stetson/JJ were not considered running QB’s. Burrow was not considered a running QB even though he could run when needed. Those QB’s had a complimentary running game to go along with their passing skills. None of the last NC winners are Sellers/Reed/Daniels

Stetson led UGA in rushing TDs in 2022
Joe Burrow was LSU’s 2nd leading rusher in 2019
Garrett Nussmeier averages 6 rushing yards per game
Surely you see the differences in these
