Just looking at the responses and the downvotes to this, shows how clueless this fanbase really is. Yes it’s embarrassing. Whatever shite lane pulled during Leavitt’s visit, without researching if Williams was even able to enter the portal, was pure retardation. This is a terrible look already, and then having to go grovel at his feet in Knoxville, is just pathetic. Lane wanted to play games and lost. Maybe he finds a decent quarterback, maybe he doesn’t, but this far into the year without a single qb on the roster, is just maddening. At least with Kelly coming in, we still had Nuss.
On top of that, we still don’t have an offensive line. Yes, we are the laughing stock of college football right now, especially since we have the biggest spotlight on us. Everything he does will be scrutinized with a microscope. Hopefully he can pull it all together, but he better do it fast.

You already gave up at halftime basically. At least wait until the end of the game/recruiting. Honestly it’s pathetic, lol. Do you quit and cry when anything gets hard? I’m going to revisit this thread soon.

The risk is that it creeps a player out… in some cases would make a parent or agent step in …remind him that the player already made his visit and he should await a decision

I think Kiffin will do some great things here if he says awhile. Getting a really good QB in the portal this year will give put us on the fast tract to winning.

I believed this was real until the part about Tennessee going to the playoff.
Also, we play Tennessee in November. Wouldn't a high profile recruit glance at the schedule of his top two school choices?
