I want to say we have lost every single game he has pitched in...

We need Cooper. He often comes in during very difficult circumstances and throws strikes. Evey pitcher can't be like Skenes.

Currently this season after the emergence of Garrett Edwards, Griffin Herring, Chase Shores, Nate Ackenhausen and Gavin Guidry, yes he is.

Last week I read, "I hope CJJ has seen enough of Thatcher Hurd." The week before it was Floyd.

2 of those guys are out for the year and Ackenhausen hadnt pitched in a month before last weekend

There haven’t been many instances in SEC games where Cooper is brought in just to burn innings. Jay loves him and the situation is almost always relevant in the game

They really don’t. His last two outings have done nothing positive for the team. Mid week games are fine. But SEC play should be a no go.

With our pitching situation we can't really afford to permanently sit him. Hopefully he's only used in midweek games and weekend games that are blowouts.

He’s not really an experiment.

He a bottom of the pen lefty who get asked to throw maybe .1-1 inning when it matters and then 6 when we’re losing by 10 and need to not waste bullpen arms.

efjeffRiley Cooper! He's become reliable for giving up hits and runs, has a +6.5 Era and has given up way more hits and less strikeouts than innings pitched. Makes me worry just seeing him warming up. Am I wrong?

Midweek games provide a chance for frontline pitchers to get some work and for guys pushing to get into the weekend mix when the game id close of we have the lead.

Hurd, Cooper, Dutton and Collins are all in the group trying to prove themselves so they can pitch in SEC play. That how I see it.

Hurd fell out and is trying to get back in. Cooper fell out of the mix and is also trying to get back in although being left handed gives him an edge. Dutton throws when weare behind. Collins appeared to be in bug now he may be out,

It would be great if two of these guys came around.

He eats innings and saves arms. That’s very important. Dude can throw 50 + pitches 2 or 3 times a week.

It would be hilarious like in a movie CJJ makes the move and signals for Coop from the pen and he enters the game with his glove in one hand and a Jersy Mike's in the other.

As a matter of fact, his weight is unhealthful. It will lead to problems sooner or later.
