Obviously I was being over the top with it, but there are many cases where a male student is dismissed from school, no criminal charges are ever brought against him, and he has no recourse except to go to another school.

They prolly don’t goto police bc they think the university can handle it without bringing to much attention to its like others have said usually the victims just want the rapist kicked out of school, understandably

One of the USAToday authors is on top of the planned protests. Not suspicious at all and I'm sure his co-author author who hosts a "feminist sports podcast" (Jessica Luther) isn't involved in any way
quote:

- LSU promises outside review of Title IX process, including how cases in @USATODAY report were handled
- Student leaders call for resignations of LSU officials
- A protest is scheduled for Friday

Follow-up by ?me @nrarmour? ?@jessicawluther?

Some are saying call the police?

And how many times have we seen charges filed against LSU players, a fixer is hired, and then the charges are dropped or nothing happens?

What kind of parents doesn't teach thier kids to go to the police if someone violates them ?

No woman should ever endure this kind of treatment from any man period.

Buy it does beg the question as to why they put themselves into bad situations by getting blindly drunk and letting someone into their apartments.

Actually the accused always has the recourse to sue for an injunction ordering the school to allow him or her to stay.

Its not that simple. Drake Davis beat his girlfriend repeatedly and she took his side...probably from fear.

So its not so cut and dry.

That is a criminal justice failing, not a university failing. Now if the university hires the fixer, then ....

But what about BLM? Will BLM be there to protest? If not I would contact them because it will gain views and that is what all the liberals want
