Jalen Hurts will be playing like a man possessed if he gets a chance to start @LSU and has had success vs us already. I’d actually prefer the one legged Tua.

Bama won a National Championship again Texas with a backup QB and had no qualms about it.

Injuries are part of the game. THE REALITY OF IT.
That's what makes the SEC so tough, the constant schedule w-out having time to recover.

We have players hurt as well.
MANY teams have lost games because of players hurt....at the end of the season IT DOES NOT MATTER.

It is the record that matters.

Does anyone think Bama gives a shite about HOW they win any game, however they win them?

I mean, I'd personally like to see the guy play in Tiger Stadium, but I sure as hell ain't putting an asterisk by the win, if we do so without him. That is just silly.

We’re playing without Klavon. I don’t care if we play them without one of their players.

Bama is beatable without Tua at QB just as long as the refs don't frick us to hard. I would expect the refs to be in Bama overdrive mode if Tua doesn't play or if the game is close even with Tua able to play. SEC offices and Refs love them some Bama and they are going to do everything they can get by with to insure Bama doesn't get derailed, especially by an LSU team.

It really is a shame that the rest of the SEC schools just live with this situation year after year and do nothing

Refs played it even handed this past Saturday vs Georgia because there was nothing in it for Bama either way. I would expect we will get the full SEC treatment this coming Saturday vs Mississippi though as Bama will want the Tigers to come into the game already down and beaten with not nearly as much to play for

last thing they want to see is a rising LSU team in the west as a challenger to Bama supremecy.

What about Mississippi State? We have to beat them first. Tua will play against LSU. Hurts can and should start against Tennessee, and that will give him 3 weeks to rest and recover. I personally want Tua to play so when we beat Bama there won’t be any excuses to give them a mulligan again because their starting QB didn’t play when they lost.

We are better suited for Tua. Alabama passes more with Tua which plays to our strength.

Worried more about our run defense than our pass defense. The windows Tua throws in will be extra tight.

Alabama will have the same disadvantage Georgia had- they haven't played a good team all year.

He's not missing the LSU game. Saban said he would've gone back in if the game was in doubt. The game is in 3 weeks and 1 of those weeks is a bye.

They may not have, but Arkansas put points on them. Of course they obliterated Arkansas' defense, too, but the Hogs put up some points.

relative to a healthy Tua, he isn't shite. Guys of talent level of Hurt, Barnett, McCarron, McElroy, etc. at QB is what made Bama beatable in the past. It was a tall task to beat them but it was possible as long as they had a average talent at QB. It was their achilles' heel. Hopefully if he does play his mobility is limited due to injury.

The truth is that football is a team sport and injuries are part of the game. It's the coach and team's job to overcome injuries. LSU has had a number of injuries this year and they are 6-1.

None of our injuries were Tua-level, but they were still significant. Bama still has a roster full of 5-stars with or without Tua. It's their job to adjust and win if he can't play every game.

LSU won the 2001 SEC Championship Game after they were down and Rohan Davey and LaBrandon Toefield had been knocked out of the game. They won the 2007 SEC Championship game without Matt Flynn or Glenn Dorsey. The best teams find a way even with injuries.

If bama's only loss is to lsu, we'll have to play them again regardless. ND will not get in over a 1 loss Bama team.

Just hide and watch.

Not true. I am more concerned about ATM tbh. They have NEVER beaten us. If we get to them with one loss in Kyle Field that's gonna be a tough tough win to come by.
