If tua sitting the bench is the only way LSU comes out with a win, so be it. Saban has LSUs number every year, if we can get past him I dont see anyone else stopping us. Win no matter what. We get past Alabama and the rest of the season is a cakewalk. No one in the playoffs will be even close to the challenge bama holds. If OSU, ND and Clemson win out we wont have to play bama again. I like my chances against those teams over bama (even without tua) any day.

If we just have to play Bama and not Bama + refs, we should be OK.

We're without K'lavon so it evens out.

He'll play if at all possible.

I don't know if that "evens out"

But that is a substantial loss for us this season

Why would anyone care? When is the last time LSU played with all of its ideal starters?

I don't care how we do it, who's injured, or any media BS from Pawl's followers.

JUST WIN

Peeps can say we want win with no excuses...well last I checked Hurts has beat us twice as the starter, so with or w/o Tua we will win a tough game fair and square.

Let’s not act like Hurts is garbage.

He’s 2-0 against LSU and helped get Alabama to 2 straight national title games.

They may not be AS good without Tua, but they will still be pretty tough to beat for anyone.

may be fake news but quote from tidefans.com forum

"I work for an orthopedic surgeon and one of our surgical device reps told me on Thursday that Tua has a partially torn meniscus to his knee. This type of injury will require a knee arthroscopy or "scope", for those of you not in orthopedics, in his near future. The surgical reps said he knows a few trainers in the athletic department and thats where he got his information from. In my honest opinion, someone who is an orthopedic nurse practitioner, I believe Tua has more than just a knee sprain. He did not look comfortable at the beginning of the game, switched knee braces during the game from a hinged brace to a regular sports support brace, and after his slide had to go into the tent and put the hinge knee brace back on. He was also favorably limping after the game. If this truly is the injury that he has, Dr. Cain or whatever Andrews Sports Physician he chooses, should do the surgery sooner than later. Tua would be out for around 3-4 weeks for recovery and would have him healthy by the end of the season for Auburn/SEC Championship/Playoff's. Yes that would have him sit out the Tennessee Game, and LSU Game, and maybe the Miss State game, and would probably damage his Heisman hopes for this year. It's definitely not an ideal situation, but I would hate for him to damage his knee any further."

Bamas defense and running game is much weaker this year. Tua just makes their offense 10x better. It more than balances out.

You are right, with tua I give us a 10-15% chance of winning at home. Without tua, I give us a 40-45% chance of winning at home.

Rest of the season is a cakewalk?

2007 Kentucky and Arkansas say hi.

Going to Kyle Field prob won’t be a cakewalk this year.

Simple is I can put it

F Alabama
F tua
F Saban
F gump fans

I don’t care if their entire team is questionable.

With that said LSU has miss staTe Saturday and business needs to be handled.
This team embarrassed us last year.
