Pretty sure he’s saying that pedos don’t do it because they can’t get sex anywhere else. It’s like rapists. It’s actually not about sex it’s about power and control. Plenty of rapists got plenty of sex from willing participants but still raped.

Just like there are plenty of people who think about committing murder but they don’t because they know it’s wrong.

The article says that he thought the images were legal because “He found them online”. That doesn’t sound like he knew the person in the photo/s.

idiot probably thought he was looking at legal 18 year old teen porn. If they look too young, just back out of the site man.
Kitna's a freshman, 19 yrs old. Odds are he knows a few 17 yr old freshmen, and they don't have born-on dates stamped on their forehead.
But- and we don't know for sure what he was looking at- but it was flagged FAST. That's the type of situation that tell me it wasn't just an honest mistake.

Pretty sure it’s illegal regardless of age. Most likely depends on the jurisdiction but if you’re 14 and taking naked pics of yourself you can be found guilty for production of child porn.
If you send it to some one you’re guilty of distribution and that person is guilty of possession.

That article says he had images of child sexual abuse material on his phone. That’s a little different from the argument you’re trying to make here.

Does this represent Napiers culture? I am definitely glad we got CBK. I prefer a championship culture with full alignment, as opposed to what this guy represents.
