Considering his job is to recruit and develop players, yeah. Lets see how next year looks.

He recruited the players.

I hate basketball and don’t watch, but this coach had to scrap with what was left in the transfer portal. We lost our entire team and signing class.

Well clearly your opinion carries significant weight.

it is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to talk and remove all doubt.

Rosters can be in flux into July in some cases. McMahon was hired before the end of last season and his roster was put together in May. He had more than enough time.

Do we have a headhunter who can up the ante on Missouri's offer to Dennis Gates and get him down here to Baton Rouge?

Last Wednesday night's loss to Missouri was sickening, but last night was the last straw. We need a coach who can at least make us competitive.

No one is saying he should be blameless, but the bs y’all give him makes me embarrassed to be an LSU Basketball fan. 95% of the players we got have little to no experience at this level. It was built on potential and not immediate results. You want high school kids and bench players to become superstars overnight. It’s ridiculous. There’s definitely a part that is McMahon’s fault but for gods sake you think Will Wade with his 1 on 1 isolation everyone standing around offense would’ve generated more wins with the same players??? You’re high.

Of Course, Eason was not rated any higher than some of the transfer portal guys we got this year, in fact probably lower, but he developed and improved significantly from the player he was at Cincinatti.

Hhhmmmm, i wonder why Tari developed some much after leaving Cincy?

Really? So this offense was what you saw from Murray State the last few years? Interesting. I saw something different.

Of all the responsibility for this bad season, the coach has the most. So ultimately, yes, it is his fault.

1000% yes.

Wade set his players up for success.

Mcmonotone tried to fit a round peg in a square hole.

I do actually. Played and coached over 30 years. So let’s get back to the question..was the offense the same? If not, why?

That’s a deflection and you’re also making false statements about offenses. If you were involved with basketball for 30 years like you claim you should know what iso ball is and isn’t.

Well that and money is how he got them here, but also why he was never going to win. He will eventually make it back to the p5 schools and you can mark my words, that style will never win a championship. It’s the reason Calpari hasn’t won anything in over a decade.
