I enjoyed the game from start to finish but, then again, I knew LSU was going to win before the kickoff.

This is exactly why I watched it again last night. Stress free... It was freakin awesome!

I have a stupid belief that every time I record a game we lose so I didn’t record any games this year.

Apparently it's not so stupid any longer.

the feeling in the dome was basically a 2nd half party, it never felt like victory was out of reach after half time. not for one second.

we just simply looked better.

Agree that it wasn't as fun/enjoyable as the Oklahoma game (where we spent the entire 2nd half in the club section at field level celebrating and talking about the season). But this was more enjoyable as a football game - that feeling of relief those 2nd and 3rd scores and being on edge until those final seconds, that's why we watch sports. Couldn't have asked for a better game myself!

Anyone else felt like they couldn't properly enjoy the game due to nerves?

I think the nerves was why I enjoyed it so much. That nervous feeling is why we watch sports. That said, it was also very enjoyable re-watching again last night in a much more relaxed state.

Leave Patterson out or replace him with somebody else and it would be just fine. He keeps trying to dominate the conversation.

OP is spot on...

The best way to enjoy it is attend the game and feed off the fans and environment....

Sitting on the couch ?

I was up pacing..."why aren't we running the ball?"
