Pretty much par for the course for a lot of the SEC this year.

Bc of last year, a lot of our fans forget that this team is still really young. And a common growing pain, ESPECIALLY in baseball, is that young teams are inconsistent.

Yep. Tennesse wins 23-2 last night with like 11 homers and was losing to state in the 7th

We seem to play better in SEC series away from Alex Box (except Arkie). Is that a scheduling fluke or is it something more?

Only Tennessee has been consistent this season.

People get mad when people say “that’s just baseball”, but it really is.

These two games might be the best ball we’ve played this year.
The team was catching its groove against Georgia then bama. They were building up, then ran into that buzz saw that was Ole Miss.

This weekend is showcasing the talent we have.

And we still don’t have a completely healthy Berry or Morgan. Morgan looked a little faster than he’s been on that double he hit. Dugas is out and we’re playing our backup catcher.

I believe this still isn’t the best this team can be.

I think we play really tight at home. We as fans probably put a ton of pressure on them at a place like LSU.

Word to the wise, show up when we lose and talk shite. When we win, scream our glory.

Thats the way you get upvotes around here.

Yes you do, it’s not baseball it’s LSU sports. Just when you’re expecting a run they fail, then when you’ve given up they make a run. It’s an LSU sports pattern.

Over a season, that's reasonable. When it's the excuse at the end of every weekend it becomes trite

The team has flaws when fully healthy. When your (or 2nd best) best hitter is playing hurt, your veteran LF and catcher are both out and you basically have zero starting pitching, you're going to have a lot of ups and downs.

There's talent on this team to play very good at times. There's just not enough to be a consistently good team over such a long season in a game of failure.
