Having a good home schedule and having an easy schedule are two very different things. Arguably 3 of our 4 toughest games are at home, which is helpful... but at the end of the day there is no such thing as an easy SEC schedule.

So we’ve reached that part of the offseason where hot take click bait reigns supreme

Fall camp can’t get here soon enough

I’ve seen that guy before. He’s a bum looking to rage bait and build a profile.

Idiotic statement. This looks like the hardest schedule LSU has had in quite some time. If ever. Alabama. Texas, Texas A&M, Tennessee, Clemson Ole Miss.

Like lol. He has to be joking.. I get minus OM the away schedule isn’t super daunting, but acting like it’s a cakewalk is insanity. Tennessee and Auburn away will never be easy.

Well...let's just wait and see....some fanboys proclaiming an "easy" schedule isn't exactly an unbiased opinion.....

The argument, which is wrong, is that the bottom 4 teams on the schedule have combined to go 10-42 in the conference the last two years.

By implication he’s also projecting Clemson, Ole Miss, and Tennessee to be bad to mid.

But Bud is a raging hypocrite/hot take artist. He’s the first to argue that he doesn’t care about SOS after the top 4-5 games for a legit contender in almost any other context. But he’s been on this take all offseason.

Lowest of IQ is not taking into account 5 SEC road games in opposite years. HINT: 5 road game teams are DISADVANTAGED regardless of opponent! That’s the first thing I’d look at to predict end of year rankings.

correct. I stopped listening to media pundits a long time ago.

They don't know any more than we do, and they're just giving their opinion - which I couldn't care less about.

Just watch the games and ignore all the talking heads.

Douchebro brings up a 2013 Lane Kiffin game??

Douchebro then adds that our schedule next year is also easy… Dude we play every team in the SEC. Not our fault we can’t schedule ourselves

You’ll start to see a narrative form that LSU has an “easy” schedule to justify us whenever we do start winning

1. There are no easy schedules in the SEC. Even if our schedule is slightly easier than the average SEC schedule, we still have 5-6 SEC games that will be very tough. He mentioned @Auburn as if that's a chalk it up win. I don't think Bud has a good pulse on the SEC if that's what he thinks.

2. Bama, Texas, & @Tennessee as the first 3 games of November is a brutal stretch, and @Ole Miss & Texas A&M to close September could be costly too. October is generally easy as far as SEC schedules could go, but there could easily be 2 losses in September and another 2-3 in November if we're not as elite as we're thinking.

4-5 losses this year would not be surprising at all

We also have very tricky games at Kentucky, at Auburn, at Tennessee. Schedule is anything but easy.

When talking about getting dealt easier schedules it’s not only about who you play but also who you miss.
In this case who did lsu miss? That is actually tough? Ga? So unless ga is on your schedule it’s cake?

It’s an extremely easy schedule if you’re delusional, or stupid….or both.
