re: The good news about Alabama

Dude dream on. Simpson is one of the best qbs in the country this year and he can beat you with his legs if he needs to.

That being said I hope you are right and we sneak out of there with a win somehow.
From my living room I could hear the band louder and clearer throughout the first half and unfortunately the aTm band in the second half.

Just wondering if someone had gotten the messages posted on here sharply criticizing all the piped in bs.

Anyone else notice this?

Enlighten us then
This should have happened last season.
It is obvious we are overdue for the legedary CC board to be re-launched!!

My body is ready for endless FlightAware posts, countless wild, fictitious rumors, and insane conspiracies!

Please make it happen Chicken!!

CBK doesn’t get any of this and never will. He is Bebe without the binder, passion, or love of LSU. He is Les Miles without the love, passion, and work effort. Players used to talk about how the practices were five times tougher than the games. Les may have overdone it, and Bebe adjusted to make it through the long seasons, and it worked. They both were hardworking winners (except for that season).

CBK's practices are legendary poor, and his teams are constantly soft and unprepared for big games, thus the derisive nickname “Big Game Bryan.” He is more interested in his golf game and throwing players under the bus than working to get ready. He has effectively already retired. His hunger is for golf tips and a burger and fries on the 19th hole rather than for championships. Fish rot from the head first, and you lead by example. His message to his players is clear. He is the exact opposite of Jay Johnson and Nick Saban and the results are predictable.

If this is ok with you and you don't care if LSU ever competes for anything ever again and are ok with getting beat by Bama by 30 points that's ok, just admit it. You are a causal or social fan, it is all just for kicks for you. That's ok.

But if each and every loss really hurts, you feel every sack and missed tackle and no matter how hard you try it ruins not only your weekend but the next week when they get their arse kicked by Vanderbilt. When your wife tells you to just stop watching the game you make everyone miserable when they lose, and you would trade a few years off your life for another championship, then you are a diehard LSU fan.

If so then CBK is not, and will never ever be acceptable. He has literally sucked all the joy out of LSU football, not by losing but the way his teams play the game. Without passion, joy, and often effort. Just like CBK. Be sure to say hello to him on the course today

Well said my man. Wish I could upvote you more than once.

Pretty sure this is close lmao!
22 was fun with the 2 pt conversion beating Bama.

23 was fun watching JD liht teams up all year with his arm and his feet but a lot of that was dampened by the shitshow defense we put on the field.

24 just continued what we were already becoming aware of with BK at the helm. Soft teams, inability to make adjustments in-game, lack of preparedness, throwing players under the bus, etc.
Dude we have a culture problem. Not a lack of talent. Bringing in more ridiculously overpriced free agents would most likely magnify thos problem, not solve it.

We need to clean house and build a tough, hard nose team that wants to compete.

As a fan it hasn't been fun watching LSU football since BK got here.

4 Years $65MM Nick Saban

Posted by Dataman88 on 10/19/25 at 10:14 pm
Saban comes back to right the ship and finish what he started. Wins two NC and has a HCIW in place to take over when he retires as our AD.

He always said leaving LSU was a decision he regretted.

Would he consider it?

re: Coaching "fit" discussion

BK has felt like a square peg in a round hole since he got here.

We had the number one offense in the country with JD and our defense was atrocious.

Now we have a defense again that is certainly good enough for a deep postseason run but the offense is now putrid.

Would be thrilled if Penn State hired him away but thats a fairy tale. Not going to happen.

Just came to upvote you for not saying should Of
Jesus you guys are a bunch of idiots!

Yeah if its not eye of the tiger or some other shite song from the good old days "when they made real music", right?

I am old as frick and listen to some of everything to keep it fresh.

Also, yall seem oblivious to the fact there are shite tons of really talented young artists out there right now. Unbelievable how much talent is up and coming.

We already have a great pregame playlist but this is such a great song with the perfect vibe by a Louisiana baw.

Been a good while since we've had anything fresh feeling with a strong Louisiana original sound.

Frick I was trying to embed from YT Music!! Fixed now, sorry!
