This baseball season and the Mulkey machine will make you feel better soon. Hang in there and stay away from sharp objects for a couple more weeks.

Yep I’m there too. I couldn’t give two shits less about the next two games or the bowl game.

The older I get, the less I care. Say what you want, the whole pay for play has taken a lot out of it for me. The fire isn’t there from the players anymore.

The secondary making “business decisions” on tackling. I liked the business decisions that Laron Landry and Chad Jones used to make roaming the field, that’s LSU FOOTBALL.

My fall months used to totally center around LSU Football games. Planning everything around watching and/or going. Then I realized it just isn’t that important. Decided to invest my time and money into things that have a greater chance of making me happy. When I can take my family of 4 on an entire vacation somewhere for what it would cost us to attend one night of football, you realize how screwed up it all is.

SPOT ON!

I'm still so happy Trump won that LSU losing can't get me down.

Yesterday was just bad football. It wasn’t even fun or exciting to watch. For a while, it just looked like a retard fight. Two teams that were just…well, arse.

The LSU defense is what it is. The offense is a friggin’ Chinese fire drill. It’s not interesting to watch. And you know that going in. When expectations fall apart, apathy sets in.

I'll be honest, I have been that way since the NIL/Transfer Portal era started

I am annoyed when they lose, but it doesn't really make me feel anything after about 20 minutes.

I just don't feel any fan-like connection to the team like I used to, now that it is basically semi-pro ball with free agency. I know it is beating a dead horse, but it is what it is

I am upset that LSU pays 100 mil to a coach. We could have kept Coach O got same result. LSU must keep Kelly because his buy out is too high.

I turn 70 in February and for the last two seasons I've lost my passion for LSU football. I think a lot of it has to do with NIL and the greed factor, but overall I've found better things to do with my time. I said LSU would lose to Bama 35-14 and this week I said the Tigers would lose if Laguay? played.
Vandy will be close, but I've got that same feeling as the last two weeks and hope I'm wrong. Either way the sun's going to come up Sunday and I won;t be fretting over a win or a loss.

I think a lot had to do w the portal, NIL, conference realignment, watered down playoffs.

I agree with everything above, plus players not sitting out a year on transfer and $100 million contract whether coaches win or not.Real college football that I loved is gone. So is my passion for it.

I tell you what I have loved watching ULM this year, and enjoyed the UL game yesterday that we attended.

I think I’m picking a smaller program to just support. That and really paying attention to HS football has been awesome this year

It's not age. I'm still young, and I lost my ability to give a shite about LSU football losses after they brought Miles back for 2016.

NIL, Transfer Portal, revenue sharing, players playing for money like the pros no team loyalty essentially free agency without any rules, 100 million dollar coaches etc. It has changed the game and not in a good way. So I agree if your team is in the hunt but to watch another Toilet Bowl with LSU not in my purview. I be in the duck blind or the deer stand or hanging out on the water waiting for the fish to bite. College football today is all about the $$$$$$

Donald Trump being elected has buffered LSU getting slaughtered by Bama and losing to mediocre Florida for me. But… there are deep seeded problems in this football program. It is never what you see but what you dont see. And a team often has a good defense with the help of a good offense which LSU does not have.

I feel your pain at almost 58 years of living and breathing LSU football. I used to live in pain after a loss. I hate it because when that emotion dies it's more than likely gone forever.
