The Tigers we get arent wild animals by any extent of the definition. They are domesticated for generations. Except for size and the safety issues it brings, they are much like keeping a house cat.

Tom is privately owned & lives off campus but is brought to football games & other events in a climate controlled, soundproof, 3,500 pound steel & tempered glass trailer that has 3 redundant electrical systems to support the environmental controls that keep Tom comfortable. So yes, LSU is the ONLY school that keeps a live Tiger on campus.

Actually Tigers are loners. They don't want other tigers (male or female) around with the exception of when they are courting, mating, or raising their offspring in case of females.

PETA folks are such idiots. Auburn's bald eagle has a malformed beak and cannot be released into the wild, or else he would most likely starve.
