He needs to be moved to midweek starter until he can figure out his command issues. Can’t keep running him out on the weekends if he can’t throw strikes.

Half way thru the season and he hasn't put it together yet. Most of his starts have not been great.

Kid looked wide eyed during the first pitch banquet. Stage is too big especially coming back from injury.

Yeah. This kid is struggling mightily. He needs to be taken out of the weekend rotation. We don’t want him being wrecked mentally.

Pretty simple solution is to put him in the mid week starting rotation and give a guy like Blake Money a shot on Sundays

Definitely not getting it done as a starter! There are better arms on the staff right now that should be starting. He needs to be a reliever at this time.

Money > Hurd right now. Money cruises along and eats up some innings then will have a slip up. Hurd hasn’t made it through 2 innings looking good all year.
