To be totally honest, his throwing his more compact and he is running. It's funny, JJ and Lee , or Lee and JJ for the haters, are going down in TIGER HISTORY!

He's the alltime leader rusher at QB. He'll be the first LSU QB to have brought us to 4 bowl games (I think). MAYBE you can list 6 or 7 QB's ahead of him but it's subjective. Go ahead list the better QB's

Jordan Jefferson will never be remembered as anything apart from a QB who finally improved enough to not hinder his team IMO. He still CANT READ DEFENSES.

If you compare him to people currently on the team as far as how good they are, the following are above him:

Mingo
Brockers
Montgomery
Baker
Claiborne
Reid
Loston
Taylor
Mathieu
Brooks
Randle
Peterson
Ware
Ford
Beckham
Hilliard
Johnson
Blue
Almost any of the Oline except Tbob
Wing

EVERYONE I listed above will go to the NFL without doubt. Jefferson has had the honor of being involved with one of the biggest star studded casts any qb can have.

It's crazy to think JJ will go down as one of the winningest qb's in LSU history. WILD STUFF MY MAN!

Whether or not we would be where we are this year, or last year without Lee is also pretty 'subjective'. I don't like JJ versus Oregon or WVU for sure. What about Auburn? Played 11 plays, lost yards on about 8 of them. Les took him out after a touchdown pass to end on a good note.

Everyone will remember many players from this team - lol JJ not one of em.

omg....

Flynn
Mauck
Davey
Russell
Perrilloux
Mettenburger
Jefferson
Lee
Randall
Hatch

Jefferson IS NOT EVEN NEAR the Top 100 all-time football players at LSU... NOT TO MENTION THE OTHER SPORTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! get real people... he is all about himself.... all he wants to do is do his SUPERMAN ACT... instead of making it about the team he makes it all about him.... selfish player.... glad he is graduating

Definitely a top 10 player in LSU athletics in the history of the school IMHO.

Are you insane? The guy is a pleasant surprise given his ineptness in 2010 but he is hardly an all-time LSU great.

Make no mistake about it, JJ is still a long way from being a good QB.

Even if just qbs:

YA Tittle
Bert Jones
Rohan Davey
Tommy Hodson
Herb Tyler
Matt Flynn
Jamarcus Russell
Matt Mauck

that is insane. How in the hell do you rate Tommy Hodson, Herb Tyler, J Russell and Mauck ahead of Jefferson? I can see YA Tittle, Bert Jones, Rohan Davey and Matt Flynn, but no way the rest of your list is better than Jefferson.

You need to give JJ more credit. He's had some pretty bad times at QB at LSU, but he has won some big fricking games as well....like bama AND arkansas this year...C'MON MAN
