How much more disruption do you want days before the opener?

Already the disruption of the locker room.
Do you fall on a sword getting involved in trying to buck the 16-0 will of the SEC?
Pick your battles, LSU. This isn't one worth going out of your way for.

I agree. Most have predicted 10-2 with a playoff berth this season. But I hope one of the losses is not at Ole Miss, that would be awful.

Wright would be nice to have, but I felt good about the TE position before we added him. The other ones are depth pieces. Again, nice to have, but if they are ineligible, not the end of the world. Spot the ball and let's play football.

Its coming from them, but make no mistake it was aided and abetted by the LSU staff. Those players were already on campus and in practice recently.

Players and coaches aren't fans. This isn't a big locker room distraction. They are for all intents and purposes professionals. Professional team try to improve their rosters literally every week of the season. Somehow they manage. If LSU loses games it won't be because of these few days of "outrage" du jour

It wasn’t a roster disruption.
Any of the guys that would or could come are nothing more than depth pieces to fill in. Our first 11 on both sides is pretty locked in solid.
A de which might not be effected is a rotational piece, the DT was added depth and we have an already elite tight end and the new one would have just added a different dimension.

Absolutely is...players have gone since January with a set roster, then integrated the Freshmen. Now 12 days before the first game you throw in players that have already done four years. To pretend that has zero impact on the morale and thought processes of players--is a joke.

You mean a bunch of guys who couldnt make it at the next level is a distraction or maybe the guys arent complete pussies and will use this as extra motivation to be the best they can be so they dont end up trying to come back for a 5th year because they couldnt make it in the NFL.

Timing...less than 2 weeks before the game. Call it weak arse minded, but you need to be locked in, not integrating new Fing players.
