I think we will win a couple more good games but drop at least 2 more.

I think we beat Bama if LSU really shows up to win. Bama is a bit overrated imo. Georgia made a lot of mistakes against them.

I’m going with 3 more losses. Bama, Texas and Tennessee look to be the best odds for more L’s. We will have a dog fight this weekend w/State and it will also slug fests with Aub and Ark because they are on the road where Kiffin /LSU struggle mightily. In fact there may be just as good of a chance we lose to Aub/Tenn/Ark as we have of beating Bama/Tex at home. We could go 1-1 with those 2 and lose 2 of the road games.

Miss. State: If MSU has their QB, we lose that one.
@ Auburn: Jordan Hare is cursed, possible loss.
Bama: Automatic loss.
@ Tennessee: Automatic loss.
Texas: Loss.
Arkansas: Should win, though if we're on a really bad losing streak is easy to see the team giving up and losing.
Best case 3-3, 2-4 is most likely.

I’d agree with you in normal circumstances, but do you not see that the commissioner is ONLY SUEING LSU for actions we didn’t even complete, but were committed by multiple other in conference schools
I think them punishing us through the refs is a reasonable thought

We lose the 3 road games and Bama. Finish the year 6-6

I’m saying we run the table until we lose no point in being negative and throwing in the towel. It’s a hard end to the season but also manageable. Our toughest remaining games are at home where this team is excellent at. Our remaining road games aren’t as difficult as Kentucky or Auburn. 10-2 is possible this team is talented enough to run the table they gotta learn to close out close games tho

Not throwing in the towel.
Just concerned about the impact of the retaliation of the SEC showing up like they did Saturday in our upcoming games

3 more. With the injuries and how the d-line performed against a better than average Kentucky offensive line this team is a 5 loss team right now.

Kentucky: Shitty Officiating, Shitty Defense, Shitty coaching decisions. Refs impacted the game but we still should have iced at the end.
When you suck on offense, defense AND special teams, plus you shite the bed on coaching.... there's no reason to blame anyone outside LSU.

Right, which is why I said we still should have iced the game…

IDK we have had multiple folks on here saying anyone expecting us to go better than 7-5 are idiots - can't make these things up... we went 7-5 last year so I guess the logic is BK left things so fricked up even Lane can't do any better the next year? Yeah I don't get it either.
I had us going 9-3 and I'm sticking with that. We've lost at LEAST one game we should not have already so I'm going to say we win at least one game we shouldn't.
Having said that I don't really think there is anyone on our schedule we can't beat. I just watched Texas lose to OU and we can definitely beat Tennessee.
So one loss to Bama - and IMHO not at all unreasonable that we can do that if we are better prepared at the start of games on both sides of the ball. And I expect for what we are paying our staff we should all expect we will be.

8-4 is where they end up

If LSU loses more games this season it will be because (a) the other team is better that day and/or (b) LSU doesn't make the clutch plays late in the game to get the win (just like what happened vs. Ole Miss and Kentucky).
c. LSU hired a coach based on vibes, expecting him to be the second coming of Saban, but overlook his actual record vs. ranked and top 10 teams.

With the SEC’s coordinated attack on LSU, there’s a strong chance we finish 6-6 or 7-5.
Jesus some of you are so paranoid. A coordinated attack yet we could easily be undefeated if we had simply executed better in the second half of both games

Or showed up even adequately prepared to start those two games.
