Baylor is on a six game winning streak and lost to Colorado on a fluke play.

Baylor is decent.

I’m pretty excited about it - it’s 30 minutes from where I live which beats the hell out of driving 5 hrs to and from BR!

I'm hoping for an appearance by Shell Kell, Katie Whit and Hannah Lee.

I’m sure I’ll get shite on for this but I’m unlikely to drive across town to NRG stadium. My house, TV, and Spec’s bought beer beats the crowd any day. Party at my house for those Harris County adjacent.

Im excited, but thats because Baylor running back is from small town I live in so get to go watch him again and LSU at the same time.

Kid is pretty good too. First freshman running back at Baylor to get 1,000yds rushing.

I agree. I pondered getting tickets to drag my kids to it for their sake, but starting at $80 a pop? No sir. I will wait until it gets closer to see if prices tank after Xmas.

I couldn't give one shite about the Texas Bowl.

From here on out if we don't make the playoffs, I just dont care about the shite arse bowl we'll be going to.

I view Bowl Games like the Spring game, but versus another team. It is a chance to see how well the new guys are progressing and things we have to work on.

I am happy to have another game to watch.

The Aranda story line is a positive.

We might see Aranda back at LSU one day. It happened with Saban after playing Michigan St in a bowl.

The players get a good bit of extra practice.

The coaches get more time evaluating our players for next year.

The bowl is in line with our record this year.I

How much does Kelly make again !

The best he can do in year 3 is the Texas Bowl.

I’m excited to see glimpses of our future, particular along the OL and DL.
