Like a 3. I’m realistically afraid of what could happen next year, but Natcisse and Brennan give me reason for optimism.

Always a 10 for level of excitement.

Confidence level this staff can produce championships? 1

I'm not an O fan. I think it was a bad hire. But, do you really think it is going to be so bad that there is "little hope?" We seem to have a stout defense.

I'm skipping my first opening game since high school to go marlin fishing in Cabo so I'd say I'm about a 4. There are awesome games on the schedule but I just don't see any chance we lose less than 4 games

Now Saints on the other hand....fricking jacked, bart scott, can't wait

I get excited for the start of football season, and generally about a level 8-9 for the start of LSU's season. But after the last few years, and the product that has been put out there, I am about at a 4.

I’m a 10...the fan negativity is like a Vegas line where the public is hard on a team....

I sit back and just laugh at the shite I read.....I’m going opposite of the public here!!!!

My excitement is a solid 3.

I hope the players that suit up for LSU go undefeated next season. Unfortunately, I don't think it's realistic with Orgeron/Alleva running the football program.

lowest in quite a while. probably 5 borderline 4.

I have 0 faith in Coach O steering the ship. He is in way over his head and if it isn't already apparent it will be by the time November rolls around. Hopefully LSU administration moves swiftly to avoid the further spiral downwards.

LSU football season means there is fun to be had pre/post games and traveling to watch the Tigers play.

For that reason, I’m around a 5.

“ actual game”

That’s right, let’s blame the fans for the disappointment of a wasted season while we played one of the weakest schedules in recent history as opposed To the LSU administration and our current head coach.

My feelings toward the A.D. and the head coach will change when they do something To make LSU football better. To this point in time, I have seen very little improvement in LSU from since 11/2015. In most measurements, things have actually declined in that period.Perhaps, when things begin showing a marked improvement, the LSU football fan base will be all peaches and cream.

4 years? Try two decades. I had 8. Went down to 4 and now dumped them this year so they won’t be getting my tradition fund donation at the end of March. F em until they clean house and get rid of alleva and f King.

I’m gonna have fun this year on the 50 yard line with AC. a HD tv. Private bathroom. My choice of beverage and food. No traffic. No piped in music. No long drive. Or should I say no drive at all. All while saving thousands of dollars.

So you're just excited for the implied value of if you're right, not basing your support on actual belief of the coaching staff??

I guess that probably describes most of the people that are still excited. Very few of you could actually really believe in your minds that Orgeron's good enough to have LSU seriously challenge for the SEC title.

I love Aranda but we need a proven winner. LSU isn’t a school where you get a shot to prove yourself. It’s a destination job.

Now if he took over and started crushing teams and actually beat Bama and Florida then I’d be all for it.
