This is asinine, Baseball gets tons of money respectively already.
The Athletic Department is signaling they are going to invest more in Basketball and that is a good thing for all sports. The top basketball programs bring in approx. 10 mil a year right now. It only makes sense to prioritize Basketball in the Rev Share era. Baseball will still get theirs but basketball is a far more important sport to the program as a whole and I'm glad the admins are recognizing that finally.

If we got wade, you can bet womens basketball had to give funds for that. Mulkey prob wont be here more than another year and we are probably pulling funds from her program to help wade
Bullllshit. Not anywhere close to true

Open your checkbook.
Baseball doesn't make money. It's a nice thing to have but it's lagniappe. Do I enjoy NC's in it? Sure I do. I love watching on TV, I love going to games.. I love the regionals, super regionals, all that. But it isn't basketball. Basketball moves the needle.

Good on you, most of the worriers on the site only want to spend other people's money and have no desire to actually step up with whatever they could afford.
There are always ways to support like the auctions and pledge drives etc. if people are really concerned and want to support Jay.
But unfortunately, most seem to have forgotten their wallet.

How about giving Jay 12 million in NIL money? I don't care if you pull it out of your arse or dig up a box in your back yard, get Jay comperall money like this fricking men's BB program. That's really absurd because it was mentioned that Jay got outbid for a few players he really wanted this year. That should never happen.

Because we got rid of the LIBTARDS that were funding her program, mostly through her RIDICULOUS salary.
We now have REAL MEN running shite that are gonna make sure the 2 major sports not just eat, but feast.

I must have missed the announcement where college baseball signed a BILLION DOLLAR contract to broadcast it's games.
Minor sports now (with the new sherrifs in town), will be funded appropriately.

I seriously doubt they told her that.

I don't think it's one big pot that is divvied up outside of revenue share.
For the most part each sport has their boosters and decision makers.
Obviously, there are some exceptions.

Why is everyone so concerned about NIL with baseball? Baseball is the one sport we don’t have to be concerned with tbh.
Like most dumb things related to LSU sports, it's a narrative that started on TD that gets circular reported because of TD.

I’m almost certain that once Mulkey leaves they will shift some of the money to baseball

Pull out your checkbook and help pay this ridiculous amount for kids playing ball. Just so you can run around saying “we’re number one”. Downvote away, nil is a joke.
