Depends on if you have internet.
If yes, sign up for a free trial of fubotv, Hulu live, or any other streaming service that has locals. Almost all have a week free trial and their website will tell you if they have cbs.
If you don’t have internet, run to Walmart and get an antenna. Any cheap one should do if you are in the city since the local cbs is broadcasting. Get an app like the winegard app on your phone to see where you need to point the antenna.
