I’m agreeing with you. Canada’s offense produced a near wash statically with 2018 yet had way more experience and two upperclassmen NFL talent RBs.

Alleva and BOS went into panic mode After O didn’t get Kiffin. They did all the negotiating and basically hired Canada and forced him on O.
Canada believed he was bulletproof and had more power than O.
Basically ignored O and was splitting the staff. That was the reason Alleva had to go have a meeting with both 4 games into year. If O would haven gotten his way, Canada would have been fired at that meeting.

I wouldn't go so far as to call them idiots? Let's just say the chemistry between those two and Coach Eaux was not right......and leave it at that. Ultimately it all worked out for the best. Coach Eaux can be one tuff Cajun when necessary.

You can throw in GM the SC coach hopefully he will be gone by next year. He has been lucky as frick with Atkins and Tracy. He can’t coach at all. Peyton was wise fire him.

Canada is a slightly above average at best coach. We as LSU fans should hate this guy for the way he acted and the things he perpetuated around here.
