re: Honest Question, how do you view T-Bob as talking head now?

some good thoughts and i agree with most, I am giving him time...I do wonder about the NC rumor stuff and his feelings about Les etc. Again, IF he does not like Les, fine, but hopefully he can be unbiased good and bad going forward and not hold grudge (if he has one) over how his coach treated him during a 13-1 season. As for his "off the radio" life, if he earns the rep that his dad has let it be because he deserves it, not becuase his dad, IMO is a drunken loud mouth

heard him last night and it sounded like he was of the opinion that "hey, the guy has made some questionable decisions but you can't argue with his record."
Pretty similar to the majority of LSU fans...he's not going to say much else.

i think he's doing a pretty good job for the level of expierence he has.

Everyone needs to drop this NC conspiracy junk! Nothing happened, and TBob loves LSU and Les Miles! Just listen to him on radio.

The few times I caught him, I liked the fact that he knew what the hell he was talking about - from an insider's perspective. I'd much rather listen to he and Gordy Rush than hear any of the other local talking heads, especially Moscona. At least Rush and Hebert played for LSU.
I have a feeling that one day, it'll be either Hebert or Rush taking over Doug Morreau's position - when he retires from doing broadcasts.

Pretty sure T Bob went to SEC media days at least one time. Has Miles bring any other "dog house" players to SEC Media Days? The rumored hate/beef/grudge between a good kid (Small Robert) and his coach (Hat) are just that to me, rumors.
Bobby is a POS soccer mom who was mad her little girl didn't get to pway more. And Bobbi threw a tantrum. Ever since she tries to "save face" and continues to act the same way rather than admit what she knows deep down: she was an a-hole.

Ive listened to him and thinks he does a great job. Great representative of LSU and still can thank him by himself for saving Miles' Butt in the Tenn game at Baton Rouge. No snapping of the ball, clock runs out and end of story. No telling what dominoes would have fell after that almost fiasco. Anyway , like him and think he will do an excellent job.

T-Bob is much more intelligent than his father. I'm not sure if Bobby was born retarded or if all the alcohol has killed every last brain cell.

Considering he has less than one yr on the job, basically fresh out of college, he's doing a great job. Look back at your career, that first yr..and then add to that mix the fact that your product is being judged, live, by several 1000 observers, 3-4 times a wk. He's doing it the right way, working highschool games out in the boonies, doing his research, which is obvious, & speaking intelligently about the subject he was hired to expound on, LSU sports.

What time does he come on ?

Having been in the media and doing both radio and TV for about 20 years I am quite impressed with how he comes across.....the he says Umm too much is just something that will work it's way out over time.
Doing radio/TV is FAR more difficult than most people have any idea, you just can't get on there without preparation and sound intelligent. Like anything else there's an art to the craft some can some can't. He'll be much better than Dad in short time IMHO

He's not bad to listen to. Heads and shoulders above his dad.
