Ok let's get a few things out of the way first. I keep seeing you Clemson fans going on the thought that "Clemson has been there, this is brand new for LSU".
Let me explain bubba.
LSU has won three national championships, and played for a fourth. 1958, 2003, 2007, 2011. Your fanbase keeps throwing this thought out there while strutting like a peacock as though it's a mic dropping comment. It's not. It might apply to a team like South Carolina or NC State or Wake Forrest or some grossly mismatched team that Clemson plays every season and you're used to throwing that comment out. This is LSU.
Where the frick was Clemson from 1982 (National Title) all the way to 2012 (Peach Bowl win vs LSU)? I'll answer for you since you won't have the balls to answer it: no fricking where. You were irrelevant, mediocre, etc. Dabo had tears in his eyes and giddy from excitement over kicking a last minute field goal to knock off LSU in a nothing bowl. Your fanbase strutted around like you just won the title. Then you did win the title a couple of times. Now your fanbase acts like it is the second coming of 1980's era Miami. You're not. Congrats for the recent success. However that has absolutely fricking nothing to do with this year.
If you were as used to winning at the top as your fanbase proclaims to be, you'd already know this.

Who's saying Clemson doesn't have a chance? I mean, sure we have fans that are saying that, but I believe there are Clemson fans saying the same thing about us. I know you guys have a chance and a good one at that. Should be a hell of a game and enjoy New Orleans, don't pee in public or prepare to be body slammed.

Look yall have won 1 real game all year, we have won 6. Both teams are playing great right now but LSU is focused and has more to prove than Clemson. We have 6 threats on Offense on the field at all times. It becomes a numbers game. I hope Venables runs a zone bc Joe will pick yall apart if he does.

tee Higgins is great. No question about that. Luckily LSU has two corners who can match up and mitigate the damage he does. We won't need to double team him. He'll punish us some, but you will also waste a lot of plays trying to do that damage.
Believe it or not, Chase is as good as Higgins. I expect him to be a top five pick after next season. Both great players. That's why we're both in the natty.

I think Joe IS better than Lawrence.....this year....I don't think Jefferson is better than Higgins or Ross....however I do think our combination of Chase...Jefferson...and Marshall ARE better than any 3 receivers Clemson will put on the field. Also love our Tight end over what Clemson will field.
