McMahon failing is bad for everyone
Look at the mostly shitty basketball hires we’ve made, if it’s not Wade history tells us we’ll be back here in 3 years.
I thought McMahon sucked when we hired him, but I would have preferred being wrong about him than doing this again as the fan base continues to die

Anyone trying to say that McMahon is not an awful coach for LSU at this point after 4 years is just mentally retarded. And I have nothing personal against McMahon. Nice guy and all of that stuff, but the numbers and the PMAC atmosphere tell the story.

Don’t really listen to people about basketball unless they’re a veteran or have stuck with a team the entire season. Basketball is a marathon, if it’s a bad season it’s 4 super bad marathons. Fans deserve the right to trash teams, but if you have experienced a little of it, you’ll perhaps look somewhere else to agree with ppl.

I'll push back on this a bit - I think the home games vs. USC and State were far from examples of playing our asses off.
But yes for the most part this team kept playing hard despite the futility.....I typically don't give out bouquets for doing something you should always do - play hard - I think that should be expected, but they team did not under Johnny his last year - or his second to last down the stretch for that matter - I'll give CMM that.
