His name came up yesterday other day. Since we have had him on scholarship before he may not count toward the 25 just the 85. If so he really doesn't cost you anything as far as a slot in the 25+7 that we will be adding. Why not if he has straightened up.

I think that was Joe Evans who’s coming back.

Starks if he transfers here will be used as a Linebacker and not a Safety. I would welcome him back.

If you read the article linked about they guy interviewing him was clearly trying to stir excrement. Starks didn't take the bait though. He still is healing from a torn ACL so add that to the equation.

I thought Starks handled the interview really well. Also he said his knee is 70-80%. Not sure if that's true, but if it is you would think with LSU's help, he could easily get back healthy before the fall.

After reading that article I would let him make an impact- he’d would ball out.

Reading that article, yeah they don't need to give him a chance. The dude lied then lied again. Now is spinning it into he was assaulted by police. Even if everything he is saying now is true, the dude has lied so much you have no reason to believe him. LSU doesn't need them problems.

This is a kid I think that can be a culture change and be a leader in the locker room for LSU with his change in behavior. He can be mentor to the younger kids about back home friends that aren’t friends. Not sure he will be ready for the start of the season but down the stretch he could be big but it is his intangibles that are interesting. I can also seem being a GA and a helluva coach in the future.

If the kid straightened out his grades in JUCO, I’d like to see him get a chance.

His injury issues are a concern though.

What were the two things he lied about? Serious question, I don't remember what all was said back when it all happened.

Hell I’m a 53 year old dentist and I’m considering it. Looks like a lot more fun than drilling and filling.

I'm anything but woke. I'm the opposite of woke.

It was a legitimate question, fool. There was a guy who spent a lot of time hanging out with a rapper 2-3 years ago and ended up leaving the team. I thought it might have been him.

By the way, you're an idiot.

I'll pass on him. If he is truly sorry and wants to redeem his name, best to start with a clean slate somewhere else.

I think he’d have a minimum of two more with Covid or RS

He says clearly in the article that if LSU wont give him another chance he will just have to prove himself somewhere else! That don't sound like a kid that believes hes only worth a WO slot & he’s probably right!

F me, you are absolutely right. Was Starks the one booted for the armed robbery or something like that?

Damn dude, did you bother to even glance at the article linked?
