Funny I saw this thread. For the last hour I've been watching 1993, 1996, 2023 highlights on YouTube.

Hard to believe that it has been 29 years since that HR. The Miami player laid out face down in the grass is the current Boston Red Sox manager.

They are just kids in the grand scheme of life. I'm glad he's had a successful career.

Yeah I do believe that the son posted the video here when he put it on youtube which was 10 years ago so 2015. I think he had just been holding onto it for 19 years before then.

I noticed the person recording twice zoomed in on this older man (his dad). And then he dedicated the video to Warren Morris and his dad who died that same year. It’s beautiful the way our sports teams are woven into the fabric of our lives. I hope some Tiger fans go make some beautiful family memories this weekend.

Rosenblatt did not have much sun coverage but that stadium was iconic and a million times better than the Schwabb

Good share. I met morris months later at a fair and he signed a baseball for me. Still keep it in my office. All time tiger.

That was my 14 year old summer. I remember watching it at church in the youth room. Never, ever, gets old.
