Maybe I'm in the minority here but I was a fan of the tiger head silhouette. Sad to see it go. Everything else looks great though.

Does anyone else remember that year where the key or “paint” didn’t have any color, and everything else inside the three point line was purple? Probably early 90’s Shaq timeframe, but was interesting to say the least.

There are some aspect that I like, most notably the change from the two different color wood stains on the previous court. I also like the removal of the obnoxiously large Tiger face silhouette. But overall I don't love it.
The tiger stripes in the lane are tacky. The classic programs don't have silly shite like that...for good reason. I also wish LSU would use the Tiger face as the center court logo. It doesn't have to be so small that it fits in the center court circle (like Duke). But it could be a happy medium between that and the obnoxiously large mid-court logos everyone seems to use these days.
Also, I'd like to see the gold come back for the lane and trim color (though I'm probably in the minority on that)

Good thought with the push to increase revenue.
When you go to the MBB landing page on LSUsports.net Cox/Spectrum is not included in the sponsor logo scroll. So hopefully if they did lose them, they made it up with others.
