She's acting no different now than she did while at LSU. And to her and her peers, it's not an embarrassment. She is praised as a strong, young black woman. And that's the issue, and that's where the stereotype comes from. All mouth, no intelligence.

Obviously we are all huge LSU fans. But I can truly say that in my opinion Angel Reese’s biggest contribution to anything I see or interact with since leaving LSU has been the Reels that guy makes where he says “Angel Reese to the hole………..BANG!!!!!!” Those clips are hilarious. Otherwise AR has only made ignorant statements and grabbed a million rebounds from her own missed layups.

You better stop telling the truth in here. All I see up and down this thread from supposed LSU "fans" is disdain for one of our greatest athletes of the last twenty years, who not only was the NCAA tournament MOP, but actually helped lead the team to an NCAA championship. But comments like the one you illustrated above, not to mention the numerous "thug" and "ghetto trash" references, give away the deep seated racism and bigotry of the mostly male fan base on this board. It's sad really.

But, with that being said, I LOVE Angel Reese and everything she did for the LSU program and brand. I also love how she takes no sh_t, from anybody, even in the pros. I hope she continues to be who she is, and the person on here who said her "15 minutes of fame" are up, CLEARLY has no idea how any of this works. She's already one of the three most popular athletes in women's basketball, and was an all star in her ROOKIE season.............................without having an offseason after her final LSU season. The sky is the limit for Angel and I love how she continues to rep LSU wherever she goes.
