Has LSU filed an actual answer (not the motion to dismiss) to the SEC's complaint?

Google is fricking worthless and I can't seem to find anywhere with a link showing the LSU's answer.

At this point, LSU needs to file countersuit for damages, get the case moved to Louisiana federal courts, and rake the SEC leadership through the coals of RICO violations.

No. But the Rule 12(b)(6) motion that is filed would suspend the answer date.

LSU is technically not a party to the Alabama litigation.

A tRant lawyer's assertion is usually pretty laughable, but I'm willing to listen. I'm not a lawyer, but as I understand it, a RICO charge requires at least two predicate crimes to be committed by a person or group associated with the organization, in this case the SEC. What are the two predicate crimes that have been committed to meet the RICO standards?

I would love nothing more than the SEC getting knocked down a peg, but RICO seems like a very unlikely way for that to happen.

Laugh all you want. They absolutely do not want to answer questions about how the AD's colluded to defy a federal court order. LSU absolutely has grounds to countersue, which would make every AD and head coach in the SEC a potential target of deposition. They do NOT want that smoke, I promise you.

I do, laughing is good for the soul.

Which federal court order are you talking about? Or are you talking about the state court order in Louisiana?

Sue on what grounds? And suing is not the Feds initiating a RICO case. Which is what I laughed at.

Doesn't seem like much smoke to me. Time to move on.

Part of why I made sure to post my lack of credentials. My opinion may be laughable as well, it often turns out to be
